1. Solid wood particle board is the solid wood board of most furniture manufacturers. The manufacturers choose it because of its low cost. The inner part of the particle board is in the form of crossed particles. Its planer is paved layer by layer in a directional manner, with high strength. However, its disadvantages are that its flatness is not as good as that of the ecological board, and it is difficult to make arcs and shapes. It contains a large amount of industrial glue and has a high formaldehyde emission.
2. Solid wood multilayer board, if it really conflicts with particle board, can choose multilayer board to do wardrobe. The difference between ecological board and core material is the structure of multilayer board, but painting and veneering are required. Labor cost and paint cost increase, but multilayer board is not easy to deform.
3. Solid wood ecological board: the core of the ecological board includes Malacca core and Chinese fir core. The Chinese fir core is a real all solid wood board made of all square machine assembled materials. Moreover, the paint free melamine skin is used for the surface coating, which eliminates the painting cost. The advantage is that the environmental protection level is high, reaching E0 level. Because of the use of environmental protection glue, the amount of glue used is small.
