■ In 2017, Shandong Huange Decoration Co., Ltd.(HOOGLER SHARES) was established, and introduced the world's most advanced 9-foot continuous flat press production line from Siempelkamp, Germany, and is also the first full set imported ultra-thin medium-high density fiberboard production line equipment in China. The thickness of MDF products can reach 1.9-18mm.
■ In 2020, established Shandong Fuda New Material Co Ltd., start the business of WPC fluted wall panel, Bamboo Charcoal Foam board and etc.
■ In 2021,the company has developed into a mature group enterprise with four independent operating branches, Shandong Fuda Wood Industry Co.,Ltd., Shandong Huange Decoration Co., Ltd. (HOOGLER SHARES), Shandong Fuda New Material Co., Ltd., and Linyi Zhongmao Import & Export Co.,Ltd.
