Q2:Why your price is higher than other suppliers?
A2:Our factory can produce several kinds of different grade. Different grade has different price. We ensure our product with high quality, but competitive price.
Q3:What's your supply capacity?
A3:Generally, our factory's capacity is 5000m3 per month. But for special large quantity order, we can produce more than it. Don't worry about this.
Q4:How can we trust your quality?
A4:There are many ways to check quality. Such as, send sample, visit factory, etc. Our advice is that visiting factory is the best way to check quality.
Q5:What are your payment terms?
A5:We accept both T/T and irrevocable L/C at sight. For the T/T payment, we accept 30% T/T as deposit and balance against copy of B/L.
Q6:What is your delivery lead time?
A6:Generally, we can deliver the goods to you within 15~20 days after receiving your 30% deposit or original L/C.
